Burrow Town — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy covers the mobile game Burrow Town (Android package com.softnava.burrowtown) published by Softnava Studio, India. It adds the game-specific details to our studio Privacy Policy. Contact: support@softnava.com.
The short version, for parents
Burrow Town collects no data and sends no data. The game makes no network calls. It has no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting, no in-app purchases or billing (it is completely free), no accounts, no Game Center or Google Play Games, and no third-party SDKs. The release build does not include the advertising ID or internet permissions.
Who it is for
Burrow Town is a maths game for young children, with over 100 little maths adventures. It is designed to be set up by a parent or carer and is intended for the Google Play Families programme and Apple's Kids category.
What is stored, and where
| Data | Where it lives | How to delete it |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress, care levels, stickers, wardrobe items and skill levels | On the device only (app storage) | Use the reset option in the grown-up area, or uninstall the app |
None of this is personal information, and none of it is sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it and cannot recover it.
COPPA (United States)
Because Burrow Town does not collect, use or disclose personal information from children (including persistent identifiers), no parental notice-and-consent process under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act is triggered. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and obtain verifiable parental consent before any collection.
GDPR-K and UK Age Appropriate Design Code
For children in the EU and UK we process no personal data, so no consent is requested. Privacy-protective defaults are built in: no profiling, no nudges to share data, no location, no chat.
Google Play Families Policy and Apple Kids category
Burrow Town includes no ads or ad SDKs, no in-app purchases and no external links reachable by a child. The grown-up area is protected by a parental gate: a two-second press-and-hold followed by a maths question written in words. Links to this policy and our terms are only in the grown-up area and open in the device's web browser, outside the game.
Permissions
The game does not use the camera, microphone, contacts or location, and the release build has no internet or advertising ID permission.
Changes and contact
If we ever change what Burrow Town does with data, we will update this page before the change ships. Parents can contact us at support@softnava.com.
