In-app purchases & refunds
Purchases in our games are made and paid through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card details.
Which games have purchases

Restore purchases
Remove Ads / ads-free unlocks and other permanent unlocks can be restored on a new device with the same Google or Apple account you bought with. Consumable items, such as coin packs, are used up and cannot be restored.
Refunds
- Google Play: request a refund at Google Play refunds.
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Stores decide refunds under their own policies. If something you bought didn't arrive, contact support@softnava.com with the order ID.
