How can we help?

Answers for every Softnava game, and a way to reach us.

Are your games free?

Yes, all our games are free to download. Burrow Town has no ads or purchases. Cubely and Tilewind Mahjong have ads and optional purchases. Rift Bounty has no ads, and purchases are planned.

Do your games work offline?

Yes. All our games are designed to play offline.

I lost my progress. Can you restore it?

Progress is saved only on your device, so we cannot restore it after an uninstall or device change. Tilewind Mahjong now supports optional Game Center / Google Play Games cloud save; for Cubely it is planned.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds go through Google Play or Apple. See In-app purchases & refunds.

How do I delete my data?

See Delete your data.

Do you sell my data?

No, never. See our Privacy Policy.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Use the contact form on this page with the game, your device model and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Can I make videos or streams of your games?

Yes, including monetised videos. See Copyright & trademarks.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchases (Cubely and Tilewind Mahjong also restore automatically at start-up). Use the same Google or Apple account you bought with. Refunds are handled by the store: see Purchases & refunds.

How does cloud save work?

Where a game supports it, progress is saved to your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account, so signing in with the same account on a new device brings it back. Games without cloud save keep progress only on the device. Burrow Town never uses cloud save.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In Cubely or Tilewind Mahjong, open Settings → Privacy choices to reopen the consent form and change or withdraw your choice. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings. Burrow Town and Rift Bounty show no ads.

When is Rift Bounty coming out?

It is in development for Android (7.0 and newer). Follow us for the launch date.

Are there ads?

Can I buy things?

Not yet. Optional purchases are planned for a later version.

What are the odds in crates and caches?

The odds for every crate and cache are shown in the game before purchase. A first clear gives the crate shown on the contract card.

Do I need an account?

No. Just pick a callsign — please don't use your real name.

Can I buy crates?

No. Crates come from playing. The planned Hunter License pass includes some crates on its premium track, with odds shown in the game before purchase.

What ages is Burrow Town for?

Are there ads or purchases?

No. Burrow Town has no ads, no purchases and no accounts.

Does it collect any data?

No. Everything stays on the device. See the Children's Privacy Policy.

Does it need the internet?

No, it works fully offline.

How do I get to the grown-up area?

Press and hold the house icon, then answer a sum written in words by tapping one of four big answers. A wrong tap gives a new sum. The area locks again when you tap 'Back to child'.

Can I reset progress for a new child?

Yes. In the grown-up area, 'Reset all progress' erases all data on the device, including profiles.
