Softnava Studio — Terms of Service

These terms apply to all Softnava Studio games and to softnava.com. Please read them; by downloading or playing our games you agree to them. Each game's terms page adds anything specific to that game.
1. Who we are
Softnava Studio, India. Contact: support@softnava.com.
2. Age
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Burrow Town is made for children aged 3–8 and is meant to be set up by a grown-up.
3. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our games for non-commercial entertainment. Apps from the Apple App Store are also covered by Apple's Standard EULA — see our EULA page.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world value and cannot be refunded or exchanged except as required by law or by the store's refund policy. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google — see In-app purchases & refunds.
5. Your conduct
Do not cheat, reverse-engineer, exploit bugs, harass others or use our services unlawfully. See our fair-play guidelines.
6. Content you create
If a game lets you create names or content, you are responsible for it, and you give us a licence to host and display it in the game. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Our games, characters (including the Softnava sparrow), art, music and trademarks belong to Softnava Studio or its licensors. See Copyright & trademarks.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop a game or feature. We will tell you in advance of major changes to these terms; continuing to play afterwards means you accept them.
9. Disclaimer
Our games are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending
You can stop using our games at any time by deleting them. We may suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be decided by the courts with jurisdiction in India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
