Softnava games downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with our Terms of Service.

Games downloaded from Google Play are licensed under our Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service.

If these documents conflict, the store's terms apply to the store's role (purchases, refunds, downloads) and our terms apply to the game itself.
