Cubely — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile game Cubely (Android package com.softnava.cubely) published by Softnava Studio, India. It adds the game-specific details to our studio Privacy Policy. Contact: support@softnava.com.
What the game collects
Cubely has no accounts and collects no names or email addresses. Your progress stays on your device. The game's only own network request downloads its voice audio files; no game data is sent with it.

Ads
Cubely may show ads from Google AdMob. They are rewarded ads only, played only when you choose to watch one — no banners and no interstitials. Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) is shown first where required; if you don't consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. Analytics and crash reporting
The current version contains no analytics, crash reporting or remote configuration. If Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics or Remote Config are added in a future version, we will update this policy first. Crash reporting would ask for consent in the EEA and UK, could be switched off in Settings, and would send only error details and stack traces.
Google Play Games and Game Center
When enabled, Cubely signs in silently with Google Play Games for achievements, leaderboards and a cloud save of your progress and coins. Apple Game Center support will work the same way when enabled. These services are run by Google and Apple under their own privacy policies.
Device permissions (Android)
Internet (voice audio, ads and purchases) and billing (purchases) only.
Children
Cubely is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
Keeping and deleting data
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app. Google keeps ad data under its own retention rules. See Delete your data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
