Cubely — Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms add game-specific rules to the Softnava Studio Terms of Service, which also apply. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are additionally covered by Apple’s Standard EULA.
Purchases
Optional purchases are one-time purchases: an ads-free unlock, supporter tiers and upgrades, starter packs, coin packs and a comeback bundle. The ads-free unlock is permanent and can be restored on a new device with the same Google or Apple account; coins and other consumable items are used up and cannot be restored. They are processed by Google Play (and Apple where available). Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow the store’s policy — see In-app purchases & refunds.
Rewarded ads
If ads are shown, they are rewarded ads only and watching one is always optional. Rewards are granted when the ad completes.
