Delete your data
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This page explains how to delete data for every Softnava game: Cubely, Tilewind Mahjong, Burrow Town and Rift Bounty (developer: Softnava Studio). None of our games has a sign-up account. You do not need to reinstall a game to make a request.
Data on your device
Progress, scores, settings and purchases records saved by the game live only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
Game by game
| Game | What we hold | How to delete |
|---|---|---|
| Cubely | No account, no names or emails. Progress on the device; Play Games cloud save of progress and coins when enabled. | Uninstall to clear the device. Cloud save: manage it in your Google account. Ad data: reset your advertising ID, or email us. |
| Tilewind Mahjong | No account and no personal data. RevenueCat anonymous ID and receipts for Remove Ads; Game Center / Play Games cloud save (progress, settings, coins). | In the game: Delete my data (removes the cloud save). Uninstall to clear the device. Email us to delete the RevenueCat record. |
| Burrow Town | Collects and sends nothing. Progress, stickers and similar game data stay on the device. | Reset in the grown-up area, or uninstall. |
| Rift Bounty | No account. Local save on the device. An online record (anonymous device ID, callsign, ship, trophies, season data) exists only if and when online play is enabled. | Clear game data in Settings, or uninstall. Online record: email us with your callsign. |
Request deletion by email
Email support@softnava.com with the subject “Delete my data”, the game name and, if you have one, the player ID shown in the game's Settings. We will confirm and delete within 30 days. We delete the online record and any support emails; we keep only purchase records that tax law requires us to keep (up to the legal period), which never include card details.
Google and Apple
Play Games and Game Center data is held by Google or Apple; manage or delete it in your Google or Apple account. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
