What the game collects

Ads
Ads come from Google AdMob only. Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) is shown before any ad is requested where the law requires it; if you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown. The game shows an interstitial ad after every third win (never if you bought Remove Ads) and optional rewarded ads that play only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Google's practices: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses data from apps that use its services.
Purchases
The only purchase is Remove Ads, a one-time (non-consumable) purchase processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase receipts. If a starter pack is added in a future version, it will be handled the same way and this policy will be updated. RevenueCat: RevenueCat privacy policy.
Game Center and Google Play Games
On iOS the game signs in silently with Game Center and on Android with Google Play Games, for achievements, leaderboards and cloud save. Your cloud save holds game progress, settings and coins. These services are run by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.
Device permissions (Android)
Internet and network state (ads, purchases, cloud save), vibration, keeping the screen awake and a foreground service, the advertising ID and Android's ad services permissions (ad ID, attribution and topics) for AdMob, and billing for purchases. On iOS the game does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Children
Tilewind Mahjong is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
Keeping and deleting data
Use Delete my data in the game to remove your cloud save. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall. RevenueCat keeps purchase records as long as needed to restore your purchase and as tax law requires. Google keeps ad data under its own retention rules. See Delete your data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To ask, see Delete your data or email support@softnava.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
