Softnava Studio — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how Softnava Studio ("we", "us") handles personal information on softnava.com and in our mobile games. Each game also has its own short policy listing exactly what that game does: Cubely, Tilewind Mahjong, Burrow Town, Rift Bounty. If a game policy and this policy differ, the game policy is more specific and applies to that game.

What we collect
When you contact us
Your name, email address and message, used only to reply and to keep a record of support requests. The contact form opens your own email app; we use no third-party form service.
On this website
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver and secure the site. If we add analytics in future, it will be cookieless and aggregated, and we will update this policy. See our Cookie Policy.
In our games
This differs by game and is listed in each game's policy. Burrow Town collects nothing at all. Cubely and Tilewind Mahjong show ads through Google AdMob (personalised only with consent), offer optional purchases through the app stores, and use no analytics, crash reporting or accounts. Rift Bounty has no ads, analytics or accounts; a planned online multiplayer mode would store a device ID, callsign and leaderboard data.
From app stores
Apple and Google handle downloads and payments. We receive only aggregated statistics and, for purchases, a transaction record without your card details.
Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the game or answer you — performance of a contract / our service to you.
- To keep things secure and fix bugs — legitimate interests.
- Anything optional, such as personalised ads — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. used by Cubely and Tilewind Mahjong
- To meet legal obligations — e.g. tax records for purchases.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, except that if you consent to personalised ads in Cubely or Tilewind Mahjong, Google AdMob may use your advertising ID (see Your Privacy Choices). We use service providers ("processors") only to run our services, under contracts that limit their use of the data: [CONFIRM list: hosting, email, form provider, any SDKs].
Third-party services we use
Which of these a game uses is listed in that game's policy.
- Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (ads and consent): Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses ad data
- Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics; included but switched off today): Firebase privacy
- RevenueCat (purchases in Tilewind Mahjong): RevenueCat privacy
- Supabase (Rift Bounty online features, only if switched on): Supabase privacy
- Apple App Store and Google Play billing: Apple privacy, Google privacy
- Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services (sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, cloud save): controlled in your Apple or Google account
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Most of these providers are in the United States. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
How long we keep it
Support emails: kept for up to 24 months. Rift Bounty online records (if switched on): until you ask us to delete them, or deleted after 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Ad data held by Google: under Google's own retention rules. Each game's policy has a table with the details. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires. Data kept only on your device stays there until you delete the app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights (no discrimination). You can withdraw ad consent at any time with the in-game "Privacy choices" button, which reopens the consent form. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). To use them, email support@softnava.com or see Delete your data. We reply within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
